Observer provides 25-query snapshot diagnostics with no verification loop. Starter expands coverage to 60 queries with targeted verification and implementation-ready recommendations. Alignment runs 100 queries with verified gap detection and partial remediation guidance. Signal adds continuous monitoring, drift detection, and automation hooks for full-sweep operations. Agency adds multi-client orchestration, agency dashboard controls, and larger execution limits for portfolio operations.
How are pricing and limits enforced?
Pricing display is informational. Runtime limits and eligibility are enforced server-side via /api/payment/pricing and validated at request time.
How do share links behave?
Share links create immutable snapshots of a specific audit. Access can be full or redacted depending on account policy. Links are validated at creation and only change when explicitly regenerated.
How does Score Fix billing work?
Score Fix is a $299 one-time add-on that includes 250 repair credits, continuous ledger monitoring, citation decay detection, and auto-generated GitHub PRs. Purchase on top of any plan to unlock automated evidence repairs. Credits do not expire on a monthly billing cycle.
How does annual billing work?
Annual billing, where available, applies to subscription tiers only and is charged upfront. Observer remains free.
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes. Paid plans are managed in Billing Center and can be canceled from account settings. Access remains active through the paid period.
