What is the difference between Observer, Starter, Alignment, and Signal?
Observer gives you evidence-linked reports, historical tracking, and a baseline optimization loop. Starter unlocks full recommendations with implementation code, PDF exports, and shareable links. Alignment adds multi-model AI validation, competitor context, and citation testing workflows. Signal adds API access, advanced automation, reverse-engineer tools, and team-scale operations.
What does multi-model AI validation mean?
Multi-model validation runs a secondary AI critique pass using a separate model. This surfaces advisory findings that crawl analysis alone cannot fully detect, like answer completeness, claim substantiation, and entity specificity. It is available on Alignment and Signal plans.
How does annual billing work?
Annual billing is charged upfront and includes discounted pricing versus month-to-month plans where available. Observer remains free. Starter, Alignment, and Signal annual totals are shown at checkout and billing settings, and you can switch from monthly to annual at any time.
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes. Paid plans are managed in Billing Center and can be canceled from account settings. Your plan remains active through the current paid period. Annual plan refund windows and terms are shown during checkout.
Do audits roll over if I don't use them all?
No. Audit allowances reset at the start of each billing cycle. If your team consistently exceeds your allowance, upgrading to a higher tier is usually more cost-effective than staying on a constrained plan.
What payment methods are accepted?
AiVIS.biz accepts major credit and debit cards through Stripe. Enterprise invoiced billing can be arranged for qualifying Signal annual customers. Crypto payment options are available by contacting support.
